Argan oil to cure cracked heels and dry feet

Posted by Hakim Seffar on

Are your feet cracked, dehydrated, and chapped? Dry feet can sometimes prevent you from enjoying your time or being conformable, especially during the sunny season.

Very dry feet are the main cause of crevices and heel cracks. Using Argan oil on your chapped heels will not only help you to get rid of dead skin but also help your feet stay hydrated and moisturized throughout the day.

Thanks to its rich tenancy of fatty acids, Argan oil has an anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. It helps ease the pain off your foot cracks and cuts while deeply moisturizing your skin.

Argan oil can be used alone, as it is, or it can be combined with another essential oil, depending on the result you are searching for.

Argan oil and Castor oil to ease off the pain

When combined with Castor oil, the analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties of Argan oil are heightened. It can be very effective to treat the contusions, wounds, and cuts on your feet.

Argan oil and Coconut oil to get rid of dead skin

One of the shared common properties of Argan oil and Coconut oil is that they are both very moisturizing. When combined, they will help you miraculously clear away any dead skin off your feet, or any other area.

Moreover, when used daily, this mixture will allow your feet to stay moisturized all day long, and prevent getting chapped heels.

Argan oil and Tea Tree oil to get rid of bacteria

Fungi, warts, and feet mycoses are also a very common feet problem. They are known to cause redness, bad smells, desquamation and can be contagious.

Among the saturated fatty acids that compose Argan Oil and Tea Tree, there is the undecyl-clemic acid, which is known as a natural antifungal. Which makes the perfect combination to treat your feet condition.

How to treat dry feet with Argan oil?

Either you are using Argan oil alone or in a mixture with other essential oils, the procedure remains the same.

Give your feet a hot bath, dry them with a clean towel. Then, massage them for 3 to 5 minutes while applying your Argan oil mixture, every night before bedtime.

We recommend that you wear socks, and let the mixture soak overnight.
